What if I have a large project? Am I missing out on Quantity Pricing?
For large projects we suggest working with an Industrial Controls salesperson who can assist you with any questions you may have. Also, there may be a quantity discount when working with a salesperson.

What if I want to return what I bought online?
In an instance where you need to return a product, please call a salesperson to get a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, or email Returns@icdmail.com . Returned material must be new, unused, in the original package and may be subject to a manufacturer’s acceptance. We will always do the best we can to accommodate you. See our Return Policy Here.

If I order online, can I pick up the order the next day instead of having it shipped?
If you want to pick up an order the next day we suggest working with a salesperson who can write up the order accordingly. We may need a day or so to move products from one of our warehouses to the sales branch closest to you.

What does “Call for Price” mean?
Since prices can change often, some items can only be priced when requested. For these items either click to request a quote or contact your local sales office.

Can delivery be improved?
At Industrial Controls we strive for 100% on time delivery. Stock items ship the same day. For non-stock items we list the average lead-time. If you need the item faster, call us or note that in your order.

Why can’t the Online Store find the item I searched for?
If a complete part number search returns no items, then try again entering only the beginning of the part number or any elements of the part number you know, separated by spaces.  This is especially important for part numbers with spaces, dashes or other punctuation.  For example:

instead of 45-1279-02L-100PSI, try  45  1279  100
instead of TE6314P-1,  try TE  6314

What about special calibration or other assemblies? Can I order those online?
Call your sales team for calibration and assembly needs.

How can I pay for this? Do you take credit cards?
If you have an account with us with an approved credit limit you may use a purchase order. If not, you can use your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express card.

How can I get the tracking numbers for my shipments?
You will receive an email when your products ship that will contain a tracking number.

How can I expedite open items?
From your “My Accounts” view your open orders. You can check the “expedite” box and submit your request to expedite.

Can I look at previous order history?
Yes! In the “My Account” section of the website you can view all or some of your previous orders. While in the “My Account” section, you can also check on open orders as well as view and edit your account information.

What is Industrial Controls Customer Privacy Policy?
